Help us build stronger connections across Scotland

We’re looking for an experienced CRM & Audience Manager to join St Andrew’s First Aid at an exciting time in our development.

As we grow our ambitions for Scotland, we want to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with the people and organisations we work with. From workplace training customers and volunteers to supporters and partners, understanding our audiences and how we engage with them will be central to our success.

This is an opportunity to shape our CRM capability from the ground up, introducing smarter systems, better audience insight and more personalised communications that make a real difference.

The opportunity

Working as part of our Marketing and Communications team, you’ll lead the development of our CRM and audience strategy, helping us make better use of data, technology and automation.

You’ll:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our CRM and audience strategy
  • Build meaningful audience segments and automated communications journeys
  • Improve how we attract, engage and retain customers, volunteers and supporters
  • Work with colleagues across the charity to improve data quality, processes and CRM capability
  • Turn audience data into actionable insight that improves performance
  • Help create a more joined-up, personalised experience across our audiences

Who we’re looking for

You’ll bring strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or audience management, with a track record of turning data and insight into better engagement and measurable results.

You’ll be confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, developing audience journeys and collaborating with colleagues across different teams.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys building and improving things, combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.

Why join us?

St Andrew’s First Aid has been supporting people and communities across Scotland for more than 140 years.

We’re building on that heritage with ambitious plans to grow our reach, strengthen our training offer and help more people gain the skills and confidence to be ready when it matters.

You’ll join a growing team, with the opportunity to shape a key part of our future and see the difference your work makes.

Ready to make your mark?

We’d love to hear from you.
