The BurnKool dressing is ideal for 1st and 2nd-degree burns, scalds and sunburn.
It aims at minimising trauma and potential skin damage.
Gels are mainly used for covering wounds caused by a burn and to keep the wound moist.
The product draws the heat out of the burn cooling the skin and protects against contamination.
