Covid-19: St Andrew’s First Aid Suspends All Training Courses
In light of the current situation, St Andrew’s First Aid have decided to suspend all first aid and health and safety courses from Friday 20th March at 17:00. All orders placed up until 13:00 on Friday 20th March in our supplies store will be fulfilled. We are taking other precautions, highlighted below. For certificates expired on or after 16th March 2020, the HSE issued the following statement: “If … requalification training is prevented for reasons associated directly with coronavirus or by complying with related government advice, it is reasonable and practical to extend the validity of current certificates by up to 3 months.” From Monday 23rd March: – All of our training courses at all training centres are suspended until further notice – Fundraising events, including Laughter and Lifesavers and our Charity Golf Day, are postponed – All offices will close and staff will work from home.
