These are the normal adult/paediatric pads that include a “pads quality” function, which checks whether there is a problem with the pads, for example, expired pads, damaged pads or the recommended replacement of the pads.

Suitable for treating both adult and paediatric cardiac arrest patients, the Mediana A16 replacement electrodes feature a 1.8m cable length to ensure responders can take action quickly. The Mediana A16 defibrillator features a patient mode switch, allowing this single set of pads to provide a different shock level depending on whether the patient is an adult or a child.

Having replacement pads for your defibrillator is essential once the existing ones have been used or have expired. Pre-connected replacement pads allow rescuers to treat the patient quickly in an emergency and saves precious time.
