As a provider of first aid and related training and the sale of first aid products, St Andrew’s First Aid Training and Supplies Ltd is focused on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. To this end, we are committed to satisfying applicable requirements, including ISO 9001:2015, and ongoing continuous improvement of our products, services and quality management system.
We recruit excellent and highly committed staff members and our aim is to promote their development to ensure that we have the skill sets we require to deliver our goals. We also aim for excellence in our use of information technology, our governance processes and our internal working procedures. We are committed to engaging actively with customers. We are highly flexible in how we work and develop and maintain effective partnerships with a diverse range of people and organisations.
We aim to be a leader and innovator in our communications by working to promote the importance and benefits of quality first aid training. We will exploit the use of new media and technologies to enhance our ability to inform and engage key audience groups. By delivering this operational excellence we will fulfill our strategy, goals, ambitions, vision and key performance indicators.
We are continuously monitoring the ever-changing circumstances around COVID-19 developments and update our procedures accordingly. The health, safety and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and volunteers is paramount.
We use this Quality Policy as a framework for our Quality Objectives and ensure that it is communicated and understood throughout the company. This policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation and supports its strategic direction and values.
We review this Quality Policy at our regular Management Review meeting.
