Marketing and Communications Executive
For over 135 years St Andrew’s First Aid has been training the people of Scotland to save lives. In order to equip the people of Scotland to provide prompt and appropriate first aid to anyone suffering injury or sudden illness, we need to have sufficient funds in place and the strategies to make the organisation more sustainable.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Executive to promote our work and aims to businesses and the public, managing social media campaigns, the day to day running of social media platforms and PR support, as well as raise our profile and funds through events and volunteer fundraising teams.
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who is skilled in looking for new opportunities to help generate much needed revenue for the charity.
As well as identifying and promoting new events, you will manage regular events including the annual Scottish First Aid Awards and Scottish First Aid Week. You must be an excellent copywriter with the ability to motivate and influence prospective supporters. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and collaboratively to achieve our aims and objectives.
Help us to make Scotland a nation of life-savers – together we can save lives.
