Attention all Daredevils!

St Andrew’s First Aid is inviting daredevil fundraisers to take part in the Forth Rail Bridge Abseil on Sunday 19th May. This unique 165ft abseiling challenge event offers the chance to abseil SAS style from an iconic Scottish landmark.
No previous experience is required to take part in this exciting opportunity – all equipment is provided and a team of highly skilled instructors will be on hand on the day.  Anyone over the age of 16 can participate providing that under 18s have the consent of their parent or guardian.
“Due to the overwhelming success of last year’s abseil” said Lynsey Neilson, Fundraising and PR Assistant at St Andrew’s First Aid, “we signed up for places at this year’s event as soon they were released. It’s a great day out and a fantastic opportunity to raise much needed funds for St Andrew’s First Aid.”
“Every day we spend £6,250 on delivering excellence in everything First Aid to Scotland and we simply can’t raise this money without your support. Donations are a very valued source of income and make a tremendous difference to our work – we need people like you to help us to raise these funds.”
Registration for the event is now open and those interested in participating and doing something adventurous this year should contact Lynsey on 0141 332 4031 or email events@firstaid.org.uk.
