FREE Travel First Aid Kit
To support National First Aid Awareness Week, we are giving away FREE TRAVEL FIRST AID KITS this summer*. National First Aid Awareness Week is a partnership initiative involving: St John Ambulance, British Red Cross and St Andrew's First Aid in association with publishers DK and this year the focus is on how we can help everyone feel as prepared as possible to cope with medical situations that may arise on holiday.

To claim your free kit please click on the link below and fill in the online form. We have created the pack to help treat minor injuries that can be sustained when travelling either at home or abroad and it contains essential items including: sterile dressings, swabs and tape. Smaller than an A5 piece of paper, the waterproof pack easily fits into your rucksack, bag or large coat pocket but if travelling abroad by airline it should be packed in a suitcase as it does contain sharp items.

FREE First Aid Abroad Advice

In our recent survey, we found that 1 in 3 holiday makers would feel more prepared when abroad if they had a basic knowledge of First Aid, so together we've put together a handy First Aid leaflet with advice on dealing with some of the most common medical problems that holiday makers face from heat stroke to insect stings. Ideal for putting in your bag or adding to your 'Dropbox' folder, you can download a copy now at www.dk.com/firstaid
