St Andrew's in Dundee and Angus
Dundee & Angus Executive Committee is made up of six local Companies. Two are based in Dundee, the others are based in Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Arbroath and Forfar.
We have a Centre in Murraygate, Dundee, to which all of the local Companies are linked.
Our local Companies cover all sorts of public events throughout the area ranging from weekly football (all levels), rugby, golf, various theatres plus galas and fetes. We are kept busy on the public duty front and our local units all work together trying to ensure that no event is left without adequate First Aid presence.
First aid courses are run from the Centre as well as on site. We run HSE Approved 'First Aid at Work' courses (see availability), Emergency First Aid, and Standard First Aid courses for the general public. Specialised courses such as Anaphylaxis Awareness, basic First Aid for Sports Injuries, and Baby & Child First Aid can be arranged on request.
