Fees

The fees for candidates undertaking a St Andrew’s course include student learning support materials.

Course fees shown on this site are the standard prices. Actual charges may vary but will not exceed those shown. Prices quoted are current at 8 December 2009 and are subject to review.

The appropriate fee for the course should be verified with the relevant office and paid within 30 days of booking. St Andrew's First Aid reserves the right to withhold certificates until the course fee has been paid in full.

All prices are subject to V.A.T.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee will be charged dependent on the notice given. Notification must be made in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows:

No Notification - Full Course Fee
Less than one week - Full Course Fee
Between one and two weeks - 50% of Course Fee
Between two and three weeks - 25% of Course Fee
Over three weeks - No Charge

Note: Individual consumers (not acting in the course of a business) may cancel within seven days of making a booking without incurring a charge, provided the cancellation is made before the start date of the course.

Transfers

If a candidate wishes to transfer to another course or another candidate is to be substituted after the booking has been submitted, no charge will be applied for the first transfer or substitution provided this is done not less than seven days before the start date of the course. Any subsequent transfers or substitutions, or those made within seven days of the course start date, will incur a fee of £50.

Cancellations after a transfer or substitution has been made will be charged at the full course fee plus the £50 transfer fee.

Requalification

Candidates on a requalification course must provide proof of a current certificate which is valid until the final assessment date of the course. Certificates which are not valid for the entire duration of the course may not be accepted and candidates may be refused entry. The full course fee will be charged.
