St Andrew's First Aid is committed to protecting your data and we are a registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner's Office.  This guidance has been written to reflect our obligations as a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act (1998).

We will obtain personal information about you when you enquire about our activities, register with us, make a donation or otherwise provide us with personal information. We may also receive information about you from third parties.  If, on your instruction, we delete your details from our database please be aware that you may be mailed again in the future if we obtain mailing information from a third party.

How do we use your information?
We will use your information to provide you with the information, products or services you have requested, for administration purposes, to further our charitable aims and to comply with the law. We may need to share your information with our trading subsidiaries, service providers, associated organisations and agents for these purposes. We will not share your information with other like minded organisations for the purpose of marketing unless you have previously indicated that you are happy for us to do so.

Do we use 'cookies'?
Yes we do.  'Cookies' are small pieces of information sent by our organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow us to recognise you when you next visit. By accepting cookies from our website you are allowing us to store information about you and your activity.
