Clydebank Company

Clydebank Corps company is based in Central Clydebank and is one of the original St Andrew's First Aid Corps Companies.

Since our beginning many local people have been trained and served with our company, in fact recently retired Radio Clyde DJ Tiger Tim Stevens gained his First Aid Certificate with us.

We meet on Wednesday evenings from 18.00 to 19.30 at Clydebank Heath Centre and run a range of various First Aid Courses at various locations in the area. 


Our Members

Clydebank Corps Company have two officers, who are mainly assisted by four volunteers who have taken on roles which help the company run from year to year, the organisational chart below shows the roles and responsibilities of these volunteers.

Our company also has around 10 volunteers who attend duties and assist those volunteers listed in the chart with there roles.

First Aid Training
We provide training in the following courses:

First Aid cover for events

We provide First Aid cover for numerous events in the West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute areas including Clydebank, Helensburgh, Rhu, Rosneath, Balloch and beyond. Events include:    

Highland Games
Drama Society Productions
Annual firework displays
Gala Days

We also provide demonstrations and talks on First Aid for children of all ages in schools as well as in the workplace for adults.
 
 
Our members supplement larger events such as World Pipe Band Competitions and charity runs regularly attending larger venues in Glasgow including The O2 Academy,  and Football games at Hampden Park, Celtic Park and Ibrox.
