Scottish First Aid Awards 2013
The Scottish First Aid Awards, in association with GSK, have been created to champion First Aid in Scotland and recognise those individuals and businesses that are leading the way in its provision. The event is media partnered by The Herald and supported by The Scottish Government, Young Scot and SCVO.
This black-tie awards evening will take place on Saturday 30 November 2013 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Edinburgh. By identifying and celebrating First Aid role models, the awards aim to raise awareness that First Aid can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved - in the workplace, at school, or in the community.
We would like to encourage as many people as possible to submit a nomination and the awards are open to all, regardless of whether you have received First Aid training with St Andrew’s First Aid or another provider. We welcome nominations from individuals, businesses, public sector organisations, shops, schools and many more. Entry to any of the awards categories is free and nominations will remain open until Friday 30 August 2013.
